Documenting life in 4x6 format

I do much of daily life documenting in 4x6 format - this one details yesterday's purchase of new patio furniture. It's made using embelishments from the Scrap Girls A NARATIVE COLLECTION (a free, very versatile collection offered some time ago that I like). And, if you like doing Project-365, P-52, or Project Life, working 4x6 format makes such projects doable, esp. if you make use of templates (SG has a lot of nice 4x6 albums collections). I have about ten template layouts that I use most of the time, making little modifications here and there, and I stay with similar levels of shades/tints and tones so my albums maintain a pretty cohesive look.

(I hope I'm placing this in the corect album ... sorry, I dont post much, though I would like to dos o more often).

Great idea to use the 4x6 format. Lovely lace and strips - like the staples, too. How nice to be on the patio in January!

Hi BetC! Everything I used comes from a SG freebie kit (A Naraive Collection, including the staples.) I like that kit a lot. And yes, THE one reason for remaining in Florida these last 25 years is warm weather in January. :2468who-do-we-appreciate:

Word of caution: if you decide to go with the 4x6 format & have your pics printed commercially, be sure to leave 1/8" white border all around because the commercial printers zoom-in for some reason and crop your layout, to no good end results mostly. But for me this format works well to document my Project (almost) 365. Thank you for taking the time to reply. Happy New Year!
