It was my DH 60th Birthday last sat so we had a pot luck party and named it a British Bash :) Here he is blowing out his candles. I didn't have time to make him a cake as working all week (this party wasn't thought of until Christmas Day) so as nobody had cut into the Christmas Day I re-decorated it :) We also had to dress up in 'something British' he is here dressed as a Morris Dancer as David and John had just entertained us (more pics to follow)

I used:

BMU_SSEMB_FantasticFrames

BVA_Rippled, BMU_BSweet, DEB_FabricArt and a British Flag photo went to make up the BG paper.

What a great cake idea and very festive and cheerful layout! I love your photos in a strip and the blended background - really beautiful. Looks like everyone had a great time and how lovely you recorded it! :)

What fun! I love the red, white, and blue, the circles, and how the 60 is pretty much circular as well. Great photos; I look forward to seeing more of that fun party. Congratulations to your DH.

Ho ho tee hee - recycled Christmas cake! Just another of those deprivations those of us born around Christmas have to suffer. This year my "Christmas" cake had festive decorations on one half and Happy Birthday candles on the the other. Love the page - tell your husband there's plenty of work for him here with our local troupe should he wish to take up Morris dancing for real and at 60 he'd be one of the youngest lol.
