White Chili
This is one of our favorite recipes! I found it in a Southwestern cookbook that I bought at a National Park here is Cochise County Arizona. I have altered it a bit because it was so spicy that I couldn't eat it. You can always play with the amounts and spice it to your liking, but it is still pretty hot even with my changes. I cook it on the stovetop sometimes, but I love to put it in the crockpot and let it cook slowly. It makes the house smell so good. I hope you try it. TFL
