Stewed Chicken Taco Meat
We had this for lunch today after church. My DS saw it and said, "I love this stuff!". We serve it with flour tortillas and all the toppings. We especially like guacamole on it with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, black olives, etc.

It has Ro-Tel tomatoes, so it has to be on my tryout list! I love them, and this sounds great. Nice card, especially the scallops.

I need to buy a new crock pot. Love this recipe and the card is lovely with the green background.
