JJ Task #24
I enjoyed learning about my camera and taking photos in different light conditions, so decided to make my layout about that. I concentrated on one of the techniques: forcing a flash in bright daylight. Of course, now that I know how to do that, I've been snapping indoors without flash, outdoors with... etc. All of it has been interesting and lots of fun. Thanks for looking!
Journaling reads: I experimented with forcing a flash in bright sunshine. What I discovered was -- sometimes itís a good idea, and sometimes itís not. I like how the flash filled in some of the deep shadows in the purple lantana. On the other hand, I preferred to see some shadow on the sun plaque because the shadows help highlight the carving. Thatís one of the best things about a digital camera. We can try different things and get instant results!
