Margarette Grett Williams was born in 1873 and lived to be 94. She taught school for many years in a one room school house in Adams Valley Wisconsin. I remember her as being small and full of spirit, moving about with great bursts of energy. She had the sunniest disposition of the three surviving sisters and always had a smile upon her face. She loved music and I remember her and my grandmother serenading us with old Welsh songs. Grett never had children of her own so she doted upon her nieces and nephews who called her Aunt Doo Doo.

This is an extraordinarily lovely story. Aunt Doo Doo has the look of a modern woman, you can almost see her impatience to get on with it. Lovely layout.

I just love this layout. I have been working on Heritage Pages for my family for nearly a year and with no end in sight. You have done a great job on this--something about it just seems to capture the era.

Your treatment of these photos is amazing, Judy. In addition to everything already mentioned, I love the way you intertwined the frames, and the subtle hint of peach in the photos. Classic indeed!
