Thurs. Challenge 2/9

Thurs. Challenge 2/9

This is for my Thursday "Keep it Simple" challenge - one photo, one paper, one embellishment. I chose a paper with lots of variation and texture, enlarged my photo to make it the focal point, added multiple copies of the same snowflake embellishment, then added a title and shadows. The trim along the photo is actually the ~~ symbol in a chunky font, with a style added. And the texture on the title comes from the background paper, which I clipped to my font.

And yes, the photo is me - this was my first experience with snow. I was about 1-year old.

Supplies:

Wow- it's amazing what you did with just a couple of items. This looks fabulous! Great photo - she is adorable. I love the winter-looking blue background and all the snowflakes. Thanks for explaining that very cool technique for a photo frame. Must give that a try.
You sure were a cute snowbunny! For a simple LO you did a great job!! I will have to study it some more and scraplift!!
This is so cute. I do like the simplicity that allows the photo to be the main focus.
Very cool page Theresa - and clever way to make a gorgeous page with such simple ingredients. Beautifully done.
