I chose the rectangle as my shape. Naturally my photos are rectangles, but so are these other items: the side detailing (long skinny rectangles), the dangling alpha, the ribbon (long rectangle) the journaling, and the fasteners.

Journaling:

I didn't know about this icy miracle until half of the ice crystals had melted away. Fortunately, I still was able to capture these amazing sights. (February 4, 2012)

Wonderful layout! I love the rectangular shapes of the photos and the alpha. Nicely done. Thanks for participating in the challenge!

Love how you've kept the rectangular shapes throughout your layout - it looks very modern with the steel and blue colors you've chosen. Great photos!

Wow, this is gorgeous, Sue! I love your take on rectangles and what a stunning layout you made with them! Your photos are exquisite and I like how you shot close-ups and distance shots. I also really like the background you used and the strips along the side. Wonderful page! :)

Those are some very cool photos! I've never seen anything like the one at top right. They look great on the gray paper. I really like your creative title!

Wow - this all works together beautifully - every bit of it. The more I looked, the more I saw how intentional each element was to the whole. Very well done.
