I truly see journaling as a path to healing and with the fitness and health focus in the last few months, I've done a lot a writing and soul searching. Along with setting out my goals and plans for reaching those goals I've also been digging into myself to see what has to change. Among other things, turning to food for comfort is one of my biggest hurdles. I've recently started doing visual journaling (digitally and hybrid) and am finding it to be very healing. Here is my page on Emotional Eating, my biggest stumbling block.



    Sandi, I really like the feelings you've expressed in your ATC - I think your background echoes what you wrote very well too. I found it interesting and surprising that I'm just the total opposite of what you wrote - when I'm feeling any of those feelings, I can't eat anything. I, too find journaling my emotional roadblocks to be very healing for me -
