Healthy Recipe Swap, Feb12 - Granola


I added this card to the swap at the last minute, and it shows! When I typed it, I forgot that my recipe was made to suit me and was not as sweet as store-bought granola. My recipe calls for 2 tablespoons each maple syrup and molasses - this is only a MILDLY SWEET granola. That's how I like it, though my husband does add a little Splenda or Truvia to his bowl. Of course, most people want sweet granola, so here's the altered recipe. Make it as sweet as you like! Also, don't be too aggressive when clumping it together - larger clumps will not cook at the same rate as the finer bits. You can break it up further halfway through, if you like. I'd be happy to email a replacement to interested participants, just let me know. If you want to change it yourself, I used Myriad font size 9 and the color is #3C2B26.
