Chris and Me

Chris is my sweet Godson - we've been so close since before he was born! He's so dear to my heart.....

I gave myself a challenge to combine the challenges I'd seen this week! Since there were three I wanted to do and my ideas fit together - I put them into one layout. My design is from the Sketch Chat Challenge and my background is the Tuesday Freebie Challenge. I also scrapped Chris for the Monday, Feb Challenge "Family" as he is a treasured member of mine. Three challenges in one! :D

For this Layout I used:

SNU SS Emb templates: Artful Photo Masks

KME ButterflyFX Paper Special

BMU Dynamic Brushes: Background Blenders

CED Wee Tot Collection Mini

BVA Dynamic Brushes: Bokeh

AWI Miracles Collection Biggie

I love your photos Marilyn, especially the big one. The layout is lovely and WTG doing 3 challenges in one. I also like the Bokeh hearts.

Aren't you smart to combine the challenges! You two are very blessed to have each other in your lives. This is a great design, and everything works so well together. Thanks for participating in this week's Monday challenge!

Where do I start!?! With how clever you are to get THREE challenges into 1 (is that a record!?!?)? With how much I love your blending and mask work!?!? Or with the wonderful pictures and heartfelt journalling!?! Those soft muted colours work beautifully with the assortment of colours in your photos and I think the hearts and "we are family' badge are perfect. I don't know who is luckier here :-)

Lovely page! I like the way you used photo masks on all three pictures and tied them together with a strip of cut paper. Your journaling is wonderful, too.

I just love those pictures! What a great way to show Christopher from little to now. I love your choice of papers, too, and the hearts are perfect embellishments. Great title-work and striped accents -- and just an overall wonderful page!
