I borrowed these photos from my Grandfather, who's 97, to add to my growing collection of family photos.

They were taken during World War 2, while He was based in North Africa.

Lovely, Valerie. What amazing photos - I love seeing them as my Dad was in WWII, also... I so enjoyed reading your journaling and grandfather's story and wow, you did a wonderful job on this page..

Really like your background and framing.. Great page! :)

I love these photos! I like how you tied them with ribbon, too. In fact, I love the whole nostalgic look of the page. Wonderful journaling strip and journaling. I think it's difficult to get the words onto the lines, but you did a great job with it!

Great page. I love your photos, my Uncle Carmine was in WWII in France (D-Day), Holland, and Germany. Love your background and the frames.

Wonderful page. Your pictures are a treasure. I really like the arrangement of the photos and journaling over the background strip. How wonderful to still have your grandfather and his photos. We need to get their stories (and photos) before it's too late. You've done a great job with that.

Great photo. I love the ribbons you used. My uncle fought in North Africa during WW2. Lovely embellishments.
