Oh, Carla, I just love the way you stacked your papers - looks a little like placemats! And your recipe sounds delicious - I love anything with artichokes and spinach! I haven't seen portabello mushroom sauce though and am wondering where to find it - is it with the spaghetti sauce or is it a certain brand? I'd love to make this for my family - it sounds like a hearty meal and something we would like! I love the way you've put the directions on the chalkboard - very well done recipe card!
