Journaling: If I ever manage to get a spare moment to myself, I quickly turn to my music. For most of my life, playing the flute has been a source of great happiness. Though I don't dedicate the hours of practice to the instrument as I once did, I know that as soon as I pick it up, the good feelings will always return. The feelings of self worth and peace that misuc brings me keeps me going. Though I seem to have fewer and fewer free moments these days, my flute will remain a staple in my life. It is a defining part of who I am, and I never want to lose sight of ME.
