Great idea to make these up ahead of time! They would be a great grab and go breakfast for a teen-aged boy.

These sound delicious, Jean! I really like the idea of cooking the eggs in the muffin cups so they're the right shape for the muffins. I'm definitely going to make these! You know I've got chickens, so I've got plenty of eggs, LOL. Love the stacked recipe cards and the red houndstooth ribbon. Very realistic!

Jen this is wonderful and I like they can be made ahead of time to grab as you're running out the door! (well, sorta - once they're heated!) Me too - also like the idea of the muffin tins for the eggs - good tip.
