Yes, I know there are more than 3 photos on here - but they are repeats... there are only 3 actual photos on here... This is the exhibition we went to on Tuesday, more Lego sculpture than a kids toy... absolutely mindblowing... I loved the form of this piece (although I did think it was a diver till I found out the name tonight!)... Ascension. He has touring exhibitions which are currently here and in Portland Oregon (till April 29!, hurry!). Not really suitable for kids under say 8-10 because they can't comprehend the vastness of the projects but they will L-O-V-E the Tyrannosaurus Rex skeleton... Wow! Here is a link if you are interested: http://brickartist.com/exhibitions/ tfl!

Don't you want to adopt me? You go to the most amazing places. Wow, love your photos and layout. Very interesting and, well, just WOW!

Oh, yes - could you adopt me, too? Along with Belle - we could be your traveling aunties!

I think what makes this layout so stunning is its deceptive simplicity - black, white & red, plus stripes, all straight lines except for the swirl & its buttons - and repetition. And then you offset the chevrons, which makes the whole thing leap up with the sculpture. Incredible design, Jody!
