I did a layout about making sourdough waffles before, but I don't think I ever did a recipe card on them. The sourdough recipe makes them turn out so fluffy...my family won't eat waffles from a pre-packaged mix after having these! However, you do have to plan on having these because you need to start the night before. (If you don't have sourdough starter, then just google "making a sourdough starter" and there are a lot of recipes to get one going.)
