On top of that is the Lacey paper from Brandy’s Love, Honor and Cherish Collection Biggie (color adjusted).
The frame is from Brandy’s Ornate, Petite Frames--White Embellishments.
The journaling background is from Kerry's AYO Zoom Easter Day.
The roses are from Thao’s Artisan Blue Collection.
I duplicated the text layer, and applied the first style from Kerry’s Starburst Pastels 7602 Styles to the bottom layer. The font is Comic Sans MS, and the journaling has a slight black stroke added.
