I don't have time to be goofing off, but this was too much fun to resist!
Ok: here's the list, this was a total goof off but I did use:
ScrapSimple Photo Templates: Clouds-2101
ScrapSimple Layer Your Own Brushes: Angels Biggie (i tweaked the robe to fit, rotated each wing a bit)
ScrapSimple Photo Templates: Rocks-2101-Biggie to add pattern to the robe
ScrapSimple Tools - Styles: 14K 4102
ScrapSimple Tools - Styles: PauaShell Super Biggie 4104 on the wings.....
I made the cloud shape with ovals at the bottom and added a cloud photo, I used a gradient in the background and darkened areas on the robe to add some waves to the folds of the fabric.
This was really a down and dirty (fast) LO.
