Love on the Wing - 5/14 flying things challenge

DH and I just got back from a week at Magee Marsh on Lake Erie, where International Migratory Bird day is celebrated by huge numbers of warblers, and some birds that stay put all year, like these tree swallows. I'm not sure that love is the accurate term here. I struggled with the title - thought of using "on the Fly" instead. Dave suggested "What the swallows didn't do in Capistrano" and "The world NEEDs more swallows!" And I did think of one very graphic - but accurate - phrase that uses words I never utter, and certainly can't publish. Any clean and imaginative suggestions are very welcome!

I have several more sets of photos that fit this challenge - some that were even on Elisha's thread; no idea if I'll get to them this year.

I enjoy seeing bird photos and these are good ones. This is just a fun suggestion for the title.... " Mating Out on a Limb"

You have used pretty background paper.

Great photos! I like the title; we get the idea. I like the blue paper with the green below as well as the lifted corners on your photos.

"Birds do it, bees do it..... Cole Porter" Whatever you call it, the photos are great and your background paper is lovely.

What a great page. THe photos are spectacular! Love your colors too. I think your title is just fine...though I understand what you're getting at. I like BetC's offering of the Cole Porter song. Or how about "Love Birds???" lol.

I'm chuckling at the title suggestions, above. I think your title is fine, but any of the others would be OK, too. ;) Beautiful photos and beautiful background. I love the colors and the blending. Sounds like a great trip!
