Hudson and I quietly celebrated our 18th anniversary on May 26, 2012. My son Mike was visiting so we all had lunch at Firebird restaurant. Hudson naturally ordered from the child's menu, since he is a child at heart, and likes Chicken Tenders, macaroni & cheese. It is funny, and he hasn't changed a lot since I first met him, except he now shaves his head!
We are best friends, soul mates, and happily retired. We only wish we had met years before, but maybe the time was right, since we had both been through some tragedies.
We both consider ourselves very lucky and blessed these days.
