Thursday 6-7-12 Challenge -- Lines In New York

Thursday 6-7-12 Challenge -- Lines In New York

I found this photo of the Brooklyn Bridge subway station on the internet a while back and didn't know what I was going to use if for. Then this challenge came along about lines. And as you can see, there are plenty of lines in the photo. Train tracks are leading lines, red posts are straight lines and even the tiles on the walls are lines.

Supplies Used:
JWH New York City Collection -- Paper-Apple (red), Paper Special (yellow at 79% opacity), Frame, Apples, Charm (apple),
LLO Girl Joy Collection -- Butterfly
CCR Fun Foursome Epoxy Alpha -- Red

You know, I've only been the subway one time in my life! I went into Boston with Rich's Mom years ago and rode the subway in but it looked just like this - I had forgotten! Love how you've framed this fabulous photo and I love the red and yellow combo!
Great photo. I love all the apples and the word art. Great colors.
Wow, cool photo Carol and you found just the right challenge for it! Love the colors you used and I really like how you framed the pic.
Great layout. Love the colors and the lines in the tracks leading into the picture. I took the subway every day for many many years and can hear the sounds again in this photo.
Great photo and great for the challenge! I LOVE that taxi yellow, and, of course, the apples. Very cool.
Red and yellow combo is excellent! The lettering is AWESOME! Great job.
I like your mix of apple stickers and charms. The reds and yellow are certainly fitting. Thanks for using the alpha! :)
There are a lot of lines & the rr tracks are especially appropriate. I like the shape of the photo as another linear element. Great alpha!
