Coming Storm Mon 6/11

This wasn't actually on my camera. I had this on my phone for several weeks and had not transferred it. Used very little; I wanted the drama of the photo to stand alone. (A more experienced artist could enhance the drama - perhaps a future class?)

Journaling reads:

His eyes look toward the coming storm; no words are spoken, but the set of his jaw is a sure sign of his concern. The land needs rain for the crops, but the storm could also destroy them. My son will spend another anxious night.

I think you did a fantastic job scrapping the drama of this photo. The intense colors really stand out and the font and bible verse are perfect!

Oh my! That is one stunning storm. I love what you did with the title and the journaling is awesome. So, how did the storm turn out?

This is awesome. How I love a looming storm and your photo captures the slow, heavy and potentially dangerous conditions on the way. Fabulous layout.

Lots of wind. Flooding and 5" rains just a few miles from here. The good news - no damage. The bad news (or maybe this was also good news) - only about 1/2" rain.

How amazing is this LO. Wow! Wow! Wow! So dramatic interesting. It reminds me of some of America's great writers and artists who portrayed the wheat belt plains. This is fantastic

Amazing photo! The storm wasn't that impressive here where we are...but I was so thankful for the rain!!

I love how the simplicity of the layout plays up the dramatic photo!! Such a pretty wheat field!! Thank you for participating!

Stunning photo. I love how you left the photo to be the main thing on the layout. Beautiful.
