Lovely Jode and nope - looks pink and white to me on my screen! :D Even though this page looked your style on the MB, I was amazed that it WAS you in all pink! Wowie and you did a wonderful job with the color challenge. Your quote is so interesting and I really like all the different pink layers you put together to make such a pretty background. Also really like the crown and the sweet border. And, quotes don't have to be deep to be great! Wonderful page.. :)

Pretty edges on your page & such a pretty cluster. Neat quote.

I'm not sure that it's not a "deep" quote - she packed a lot of common sense into a short credo. And I, too, was surprised to realize this was your layout - Jody using pink - lots of pink - is unexpected! But it's a wonderful clustered collage of ribbons.

The page doesn't look at all blue on my screen. My first thought was that you might want to check the color calibration on your new computer. But if it looked white when you designed it, and blue only when posted, that doesn't make too much sense. DH and I had a heated discussion about color and clarity when I was working on some of his bird photos. I finally figured out that he was observing from over my shoulder, while I was looking at the screen straight on - and the image appeared vastly different from the two perspectives. Don't know if this applies to your experience.

This is so fun. Great, bright pinks and I love that they color the crown, the pretty glass flowers, buttons and femmie designs on the ribbons. I also really like the border compliments of ribbon and teeny tiny beads. Great quote too, I had not heard it before but it has alot of truth to it.

Looks perfectly pink on my screen. Lovely ribbon clusters! I like the touches of flowers and buttons and your glittery edges. Great quote, too, with a lot of good advice. Wonderful layout!

I think there's a lot of depth behind that quote. Different studies (primarily done on people in institutions such as schools, hospitals, mental health facilities and prisons) show that the color pink can reduce tension in people subjected to it (pink has the strongest effect; light blue is next). That certainly explains how uplifted and calm I feel around pink. :)

Jody, this is another great design and wonderful layout. I certainly evokes good feelings in me. thanks for stretching yourself a bit and participating in this week's Saturday Color challenge!

Only Jody can make a pink layout that is completely different. Well done Jody. I love the pinks and the WHITE bg.
