6/7 - Lines and Gracie

I just found this challenge & it looks like a lot of fun. I figure it could last me all summer - ha-ha! This is Gracie. I used her because she had lots of space for the pattern overlay. I liked this net background for it's great lines - they seem to draw the eye to Gracie. I used a plain linear frame because the original had frosting swoops & I didn't think they quite fit the theme.

I used:

SG_ANarrative_Emb_BHA_FloralBurst, KME_PieceOfCake_Paper_Icing and a simple sans font, I think it was Gil. I usually like a fancier one, but it fit the linear theme here.

Oh, yes, I used GIMP.

Well, it looks like you had fun doing this page, and Gracie is a big show off by the looks of her pose, LOL! Very cleverly done! I do like the linework as well. Nice work on her eyes, too. Fun page, glad you joined in even after this much time. It was worth it!

What an intriguing page Aggie - my eye was drawn to it straight away and I just had to look to see what it was all about. I really love the placing of all the elements on this page and the sage green is lovely,

This is so cool, Aggie! I love what you did! I also like the way the straight lines of the background contrast with the cuves of Gracie as well as the paper you've blended with her photo. I like your journaling, too.
