Sat Color June 30-Heritage 1

You guys have really motivated me to do my first heritage page! This is a picture of my grandfather and grandmother. Not very good quality, I'm afraid.

Beautiful layout. I think the photo looks fine at the size you've used. I love the lace border and the lovely cluster.

The photos do not have to be good quality which is the beauty of doing heritage scrapbooking. If this is your first heritage page - it is certainly a lovely one. I do like the lace and the lovely cluster work on this.

This is gorgeous! The photo looks fine to me... if it were too perfect it wouldn't look right as a heritage page! Your cluster and spread of embellishments is perfect but my very favourite part? The blending of the white paper into the brown and then edged with that lace... you have done a terrific page and if you were inspired by others to do this one, then you should certainly be inspired by your success here to go on and do others. You have made a wonderful wonderful page!

I am not much a heritage scrapper myself, but I think you did a great job. Like Anne-Marie said, the photo quality is part of the beauty of heritage scrapping. I like you cluster of embellishments on the right. It brings the viewer's eyes from the left to the right on the page-good flow!
