Love the bright colors in Amanda's new kit! Thanks for the Blue and Yellow challenge, Debbie!

Journaling:

(left side) Age is but a number. I choose to think of myself as exchanging my youth for experience, rather than getting older. This year I plan to achieve my fitness goals, earn my Rank I, and become “Master Julie Moberly.” Lofty goals? Maybe for some. but I am and will continue to be a…visionary.

(right side) July 12, 2012...My birthday once again! I enjoyed a relaxing morning with the family. They so sweetly gave me a Porsche...a 1TB external hard drive! I spent the afternoon re-enrolling at Asbury for my Rank I, dropping off paperwork for my Professional Certificate at Central Office, and visiting with RahPa. The evening offered a nice call from my sister and dinner out with my crew! We came home to lemon cake and vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Love the different shades of blue with the yellow. I like the layout of the photos and that you made some of them black and white. That's a trick I often forget when the colors don't coordinate. Great layout! Just curious, what does Rank 1 refer to?

Good for you - a layout about yourself! You did a great job with the LO template. bright colors are gorgeous, love the B&W photos and yellow cake. Good luck with your goals! (I don't know what Rank I is either, but you go girl!!)

Level of education for teachers is denoted as "rank.". A Rank I is commensurate to a Masters Degree (usually 30 graduate credits) plus 30 additional graduate credits in a program. Fortunately, it also translates to a pay increase. My Masters Program was 49 credits, so I am just 11 credits shy of a Rank I. Figured I should just go for it!

Thank you for the kind feedback on my LO!

Your page is wonderful. The colors and the template you used give so much motion to the page. But the highlight is definitely your journaling! And BTW, I love this collection...it's in my cart since I first saw it. I'll be checking out with it during the sale! Thanks for sharing your LO, Julie.
