    Wow, Jean I've always wonderred how to make Pico De Gallo and I usually can't eat it because I don't like the heat, either. So, I like your version very much.
    I also like your pretty and easy-to-read card. Great layout. :)

    Yum! We love fresh salsa. If you use Anaheim chiles, they aren't as hot but still add some good flavor. Also, if you're using hot peppers but want to cut the heat, be sure to remove all the seeds and membrane. If you roast them first, it also cuts the heat considerably.

    My DH would love the heat in this but I'm a bit like you :) Wonderful card.
    I like the checkerboard border and the tomato and pepper embellishments!!
