OK, this is not grilling, but it is a must on the table when grilling! My daughter in law, Marcy makes the greatest. Good on chips, too. (Mispelled Lime, but not going to redo everything for correction.)

Wow, Jean I've always wonderred how to make Pico De Gallo and I usually can't eat it because I don't like the heat, either. So, I like your version very much.

I also like your pretty and easy-to-read card. Great layout. :)

Yum! We love fresh salsa. If you use Anaheim chiles, they aren't as hot but still add some good flavor. Also, if you're using hot peppers but want to cut the heat, be sure to remove all the seeds and membrane. If you roast them first, it also cuts the heat considerably.
