Saturday Color Challenge - South School Right
7/14 I was moved to create this when I saw the remains of my old grammar school. Such a great old building, being leveled for (yet another) drug store. Hope you can read some of the journaling, it is just my memories of grammar school.

I have been given a glimpse of your childhood and have loved your memories. These pages are lovely and the journaling engrossing. How sad. My high school was sold last year - a beautiful building. I wonder how long before it meets the wrecking ball. (sigh)

Aggie, yes! I can read your words and it's a wonderful remembrance of your younger school days. So sad the school is gone - I understand as both my grammar and High Schools are not in existance any more. :(
Your journaling is outstanding and your photos very descriptive. I like the background you used and the school bus embellishment bringing me to your other page. Now, off to look for the other page! Thanks for sharing this super layout. :)

I absolutely love your journaling! Thanks for sharing! It's sad when your school gets torn down. My high school is gone, too, though it is still a school. They just made it a grammar school, so not as bad as a CVS.

Your before and after photos are a great touch to your two-pager. I'm sure it's sad to see an important part of your life reduced to a pile of bricks. A CVS instead of senior housing?? It doesn't make sense to me, either.

Another great page with wonderful memories of your school. Too bad that the school wasn't able to be turned into Senior Housing. I think that is needed more than 'another' drug store. Love the school bus element and those stars across the page.
