i've been wanting to scrap about this for a while, but never got round to taking decent photos of my daughter in uniform until now. Will be making more layouts on this subject, coz i'm just so proud of her!

Note on the title: my daughter's name is Charlotte Joy, but she goes by Joyjoy or just Joy. =)

Journalling reads:
Who would have thought? Mummy had been so worried about her little princess starting school, but it turned out that this little girl, who looked so unready for school, adapted to school life much more quickly than anyone ever expected. She only cried for three days, quickly learnt the school routine, and now even has a little best friend!

She looks so sweet (and young!). I love the photo and the way it looks with the background paper. Pretty leaves, too, and I love how they look with the heart swirls. Tender and lovely page!

She is so sweet. A little beauty all ready and off to school. Isn't funny how they surprise us! I thought my Dylan would have had a tough time going to school and when I dropped him off the first day he kissed me and ran in! He loved it. Joy Joy is precious in her uniform. Lovely job with the page. Really like the stripes and ivy leaves and your word art Joy. Fun journaling too!
