I've saved my daughter's doll house items since 1975 hoping that I could pass them on to a grand daughter. Instead, I have been blessed with two adorable little grandsons whose interests are far from "playing house"! So I played with the furnishings and little dolls for a few days while I was taking photos for this layout. The memories that I have of those special years spent with my daughter surfaced and my eyes welled up with tears. Oh such sweet memories.

Such a lovely page, Joyce! I love Syvonne's dollhouse. It reminds me of the one my Dad made me around the same time. I was 8 so that would be 1973:) Thank you for creating such beautiful layouts with the club!!!

Ahhhh.. Joyce - your words and reminscings made me tear remembering playing with dollhouses! Lovely journaling and wonderful photos and I really like the background and colors you used.
