Journaling: One tip that I have learned from FlyLady is to shine your sink at the end of each day. It is amazing how this simple little routine can bring a smile to your face the next morning. Starting the day with a clean slate, rather than facing a dirty mess, does wonders for your outlook on the rest of your day!

What a sweet layout! Reminds me of a country kitchen! I heard about this from Fly Lady, too, but instead of having a shiny sink, I just aim for an empty one!

I too have this habit - it's a good one -I see your theme is apples. Very lovely layout. I love the journaling and the paper. I really love the greenery.
