Thursday 8-16-12 Challenge -- New Habits

Back in April of this year, I decided to get back on the Jenny Craig program. When I was in Los Angeles I was on the program and took off about sixty pounds. I managed to keep the weight off and even lost a few pounds on my own. I am now back on the program and have given up another sixteen pounds of my body weight. I am now at the lowest weight that I have ever been at in over 30 years. I don't lose weight, as I don't want to find it and put it back on. So I always say that I have given it up or took it off. So here is my layout for 'New Habits'.



Supplies Used:

ASO JIF6 -- I duplicated the frame twice so that I could add two more photos to the layout.

KME Butterfly Effect Collection -- Butterflies (of course)

An awesome layout for an awesome habit/lifestyle! OMGoodness, you've done SO well with the weight loss and keeping it off! *high five* Love your quote of giving up or taking off weight rather than losing it - you should "patent" that and sell it as a marketing strategy for Jenny Craig:)

This page is wonderful, Carol! I can tell you enjoyed doing it. I may investigate the JC program. I need to lose about 30 lbs.
