Elizabeth starts 1st Grade, left

I'm almost finished with last year - just one more page to make for Elizabeth!
This page was inspired originally by Janine Buckles "Moments to Remember" layout, but I was unable to find it in her gallery. I wound up using only the idea of a left border and the date stamp, but used different products for both. Syndee's LO in a recent newsletter reminded me that I had her Alphbetica collection, and hadn't used it. These two pages resulted from combining those ideas with Jacqui Smith's digiDoer paper and date stamp. Details below and in EXIF.

ABR_Remember This_SPEC_Paper - lined notebook background;
CVA_SSTools_Script: Rename Layer, SupplyTracker, File Save 2 (ret);
DEB_SSStyles_Pearl, red & blue; Altered Art Essentials, pink; - applied to colored text;
JSM_digiDoer_DateStamp;
JSM_digiDoer_Ppr Grid clipped to SNU_Torn Stapled SSEmb - tan borders;
SBA_SSStyle_Basic Shadows;
SNU_Alphabetica_Paper_Red Layered - background/border;
SNU_Alphabetica_Paper_Stripe - vertical borders;
SNU_Alphabetica_WrdArt_Alpha Border 2, right page;
SNU_Alphabetica_Word Art_Frame, left page;
SNU_SSEmb_TornStapled-2 - blue border layers;
Fonts: Times New Roman - month, journaling text;
CK Serendipity - day & year;
Arial Rounded Bold - colored text in journaling

    Pretty photo. I love the border and the alpha. The date stamp is a great idea. I really like the ruled paper. Lovely layout.
    Wonderful layout! I love the colorful photo against the white background and torn paper is a great touch :)
    Love this! The alpha embellishment is the perfect touch, as is the notebook paper and date stamp. Looks terrific!
    What a wonderfully creative page. You have a terrific balance of space and combination of elements.
