You can't send a duck to Eagle School

Elisha's JIF 6 was perfect for this layout that Rich asked me to make to post in the PD Roll call room - seems we have a lot of very young officers who want to go to management school and they are just not ready to make that huge jump - Rich has a sense of humor so he posted this in roll call and got a big laugh from all of the officers who ARE in management. While it seems a little bit cruel, it's so very true!

Heehee! i was a puzzled about why a duck would want to go to Eagle School, but realized I actually got the general idea after reading your notes, Sara! What a funny story and wonderful idea! And, I love how your poster came out and the colors you used. Great work! :)

Marilyn, it was posted for exactly two days before on of the officers ripped it from the wall - I think he thought it was for him (and it was) He has sent to so many management schools and hasn't learned a thing about how to manage his team -No one knows who put the sign up so its all still a secret! Rich just couldn't resist! LOL LOL
