Oh, just lovely Diane - what a gorgeous little face and proud smile! I love how you used your pic in BW and blended it into the dark background. Really like your orange and BW embellishements too - in different values and your blending it beautiful. Wonderful page - who knew how versatile and pretty orange and BW coiuld be?

Lovely, lovely - this is, well - lovely. You have created and wonderful background and the way you have blended your granddaughter's photo into it is beautifully done. Seems as if you just blink, the the little ones are so much more grown up. A wonderful and yet kind of a bittersweet day.

I recognised this little beauty on the thumbnail right away!! Fabulous photo!! And she is turning 4?? Wow... I am starting to believe time does fly... Love your background paper with the abc's and your school embellishments... I sure love the black and white on this page and can see an inquisitive mind there that is busting to start formal learning... After all she has two clever siblings to emulate :-) lovely page!
