I used Brandy Murry's Zoomba Paper for my second paper. I used it with her blender and then deleted the white out of it. Not sure taht was the right thing to do because I had to add some white and used the wave to do that. TFL

I found your journaling very interesting to read. Lovely page to tell the story. My question is.... did they find life on the island what they dreamed it to be? Well done working with this challenge. I like the stitching on top of the photos.

I think they must have. They returned to mainland Australia for about two years and then went to live in Papua New Guinea. They stayed there for 20 years and it's where we kids grew up.

This looks very nice. The soft colors are perfect for the b&w. Such interesting journaling, too. I like how your background came out - and the heart-shaped text is a neat touch.

I love the romantic and tropical look of your page! You have the best photos!! Great blending, of course, and perfect embellies for the mood. The journaling around the edge of the page finishes it beautifully. I didn't notice that the text was heart-shaped until I read AggieB's comments above. Duh. :hit-head-with-hammer: It adds a perfect touch!
