Mark and the boys slept in today, and I went to Notre Dame for Mass. It is beautiful, but darker than York Cathedral – the stained glass is darker and more intense, and the stone is darker.

The bulletin was in four languages, with others available. As soon as one Mass ends, another begins in another part of the church. Sightseers wander the sides and back, most of them quietly.

Bought flowers at an enormous, block-size flower market, then managed to find a bus that brought me back very close to the hotel.

Supplies in EXIF, thanks for stopping by!

Barbara this is just lovely. Your photos are wonderful and your soft beautiful background really highlights and shows them off. I really like the special touches/embellishments you added and I really enjoyed your journaling. Great layout. :)

Lovely photos, how fantastic to get to go to mass at this wonderful old cathedral. Your little stained glass corners are the perfect touch.
