All of my baby pics are stored away in a box and my scanner isn't working right now so decided to use a baby pic of Christopher with me - probably doesn't really meet the challenge, but ..........thought I'd give it a try anyway.

Sweet photo Sara and I enjoyed your journaling. Love the soft mono-color you used with the bits of red. Lovely page. You are on a roll!

Ooooh, this is one of my favs of yours Sara! What a neat photo of you and little Chris. The circles up top look great, I like the stitching frame around it and your journaling is wonderful! If I may offer suggestion to make it a 2-pager...use a similar background and just print it out plain, and put the large newspaper article in there as-is or copied onto acid free paper to pull out of the top of a page protector OR (if you have books printed by Shutterfly/similar company), scan (when your scanner is working again/use someone else's) the article and place it on the page sized down to fit. It would be great to see your lovely page, and the original article, side by side in the family scrapbook!

What a great photo! I love the hearts and circles, but my favorite part is the journaling! Your kids are going to love looking through your scrapbook albums when they come to visit!
