CSC 9/14/12 Harold Jeffries Crips
I've made a rule for myself not to participate in challenges unless I can quickly visualize how to apply the challenge topic to one of the long list of albums I'm working on; yesterday was an exception. Today's CSC was perfect! I need to complete more pages for the album featuring my mother's family and ancestry. And this one was relatively easy, because I scraplifted - essentially copied and pasted - my grandmother's page here for my grandfather's part of the album. These pages may - or may not - wind up facing each other, but I wanted them to coordinate, even if they're separated by pages showing other parts of their lives.
Supplies for the two are essentially the same, and listed in EXIF. I substituted Brandy Murry's Aged Metals styles for Melissa Refro's copper styles to make the page a bit more masculine, and I flipped the elements and rearranged slightly.
Thanks for the challenge, and the stimulus, Patsy! I needed it.
