I commented on the journalled page before I saw this one, and yes you are nearly done with 1999, you GO girl!! The colours are just so rich and wonderful here, your quote and cluster are perfect too :-) I don't know what you tweaked but it was worth it, this is superb :-)

Lovely two-pager! I like the ripped paper that ties the pages together. The ribbon, date tag and little element cluster really add.
