I found this beautiful photo of my late Aunt Rose's Wedding Day. She was just gorgeous and I love the gown and veil she wore and the beautiful bouquet of Lillies that she carried. She was married June 2, 1934 was married to my Uncle Primo for over fifty years. They had five children: Frank, Vinnie, Ralph, Virginia (Ginny), and John (JB). I love them all and we try to get together as often as possible. Ralph and his wife Marie always have a huge July 4th B-B-Q, which is always wonderful, as we get to see all the relatives and friends that we don't get to see very often.

Beautiful photo. She is so lovely and elegant looking. I agree about the dress and veil; I think there's nothing like gowns from the '30's. Beautiful layout! I especially like your frame and the lilies. Wonderful journaling, too. How nice that you can get together with your cousins each year!

This is such a beautiful layout. The photo is gorgeous, your aunt, the gown, her flowers and that lovely painted wall behind her. The way you've scrapped it with the flowers and frame is so wonderful. Great journaling too.

So pretty, Carol! I really like the pearl frame & how neat you could find an embellishment to match her bouquet! Congratulations on this being chosen for the weekly contest!

This is lovely Carol. The style and grace of your Aunt's dress is the highlight of the photo and I'm glad you've chosen to do a layout that lets it take centre stage; the train is wonderful. The embellishment lily flowers are a great find and go so well with the orginal bouquet. Your journalling is lovely. This is a layout worthy of being published. Well done!
