20120122 Christmas Presents in January

20120122 Christmas Presents in January

We spent Christmas Day with my inlaws and my family were meant to join us on Boxing Day for a few days, but unfortunately my Step Father was ill so couldn't drive down. In the end we didn't manage to get together until the end of January to exchange presents. The photographs are not good quality, but but it was a special day because it was the last 'Christmas' we had with my mum.

Journalling:

Grandma, Grandpa Michael and Aunty Kirsten werenít able to join us over Christmas due to illness and because we all had busy diaries we didnít meet up to swap presents until January (Aunty Kirsten was on Skype). Beth thought this was great because it meant she had presents three months in a row

Love how your photos make a tree shape. We always have about half-a-dozen "Christmases" here, as well, to accomodate various schedules and family groupings. Sometimes it's stressful and sometimes it's fun to make the season last a little longer!
    Love the stitching. So cute!
