I loved the freebie over my photo until I tried it over the photo mask and then I REALLY loved it! You can still see it giving some shadow to the edges...
What is funny about this photo is that it is where I was exactly 10 years to the DAY before Callan was born... wonder where I will be on November 16 next year when HE is 10...!?!?

The freebie does look awesome with the template! Love how the layout is mostly black/gray and white with a touch of color in the tower. As you said...beautiful.

Photo treatment is wonderful. Such an artistic layout. I bet next year on 11/16, you will be wherever Callan is celebrating his birthday wit him! Maybe you will both be at the top of the Eifel Tower!

Wow! This is stunning! I don't know how you manipulated the photo, but you did a masterful job. And I love the way you used two shades for each text area - and thank you for the translation from the French (my grasp of the language is about 50 years out of date.)
