This is not something I have made but the famous Bakewell Pudding made only in Bakewell, Derbyshire UK. Probably not quite what the brief for this challenge says but it fits the bill by name anyway :rofl:

Why not? I love it! (it's probably not National Baking Month in NZ, anyway) :) I'm fascinated by your LO - so fun to learn more about something I've only heard about.
