Thursday 9-27-12 Challenge -- Last Days of Summer
These photos are of Hammomasset State Beach Park, a lovely stretch of beach in Madison, CT, fronting Long Island Sound. I took them at the end of Summer 2011. The poem is mine and so are the photos. They also have a nature reserve, Meigs Point Nature Center, and it's a wonderful place to visit.
