I enjoyed your extraction article in the newsletter. Your layout of Callan about to swing is really cute and I like the spiral ribbon down the side. I'll have to try that technique!
Loved your article in the newsletter, wonderful layout too, as always.
I love that the ribbon brings out the colour of the laces
Lovely layout. I like the background color with Callan swinging on the pole. Pretty ribbon and journaling.
I really enjoyed your article on extraction this morning, Jody! Love the layout of Callan and love the simplicity of it with the pretty ribbon anchoring your journaling!
I love extracting subjects also. Great idea to use the stroke tool round the subject. Great layout. Your son is very sweet. The ribbon looks amazing.
Nice layout. I like the way you've removed most of the color, except for the boy (and his spiffy red shoes). The ribbon curl is a great accent, reflecting the pole in the photo & your title.
I love how the orange ribbon mimics the movement of your son sliding down this pole, Jody! Great LO!
What a great photo - Callan looks like he's just daring you to stop him! I'm going to try your extraction technique; your results are outstanding. And putting "boy in black, with red shoes" against a black and white background was inspired. Perfect ribbon choice and placement, too!
Great article in the newsletter, and your layout is adorable!! I have never tried extracting with the stroke, definitely going to give it a try.
