Sketch Challenge - To London by Paddle Steamer

I love sketch challenges! This one has really helped me to record the trip I took last week. I am "in the middle of" creating a page with mainly journaling about the day - and this will complement it well. Thanks for the challenge as always.

What a fabulous way to see familiar places from a completely different angle! The paddle steamer Waverley took us on a 9 hour voyage down the Essex coast and into London, arriving at Tower Bridge in the dark, with the whole city lit up to greet us! On the way we passed so many wonderful sites - the elegant wind turbines of the Gunfleet Array, the Thames Barrier, the QE2 Bridge and Canary Wharf. Spectacular!

What a great trip - you must have had such a wonderful time. Great use of the sketch - I like the way you 'filled in' with your journaling and title. Neat photos, too - I especially like the blended one.
