It was a toss up which way to go with the library/book challenge so I ended up doing both... This was another of those light shows where they shine the images onto buildings - in this case it is onto our State Library and they have superimposed books which tickled my fancy.... I did not take the photo... I wish I had... I borrowed it from here http://forwardbutton...ro-version.html

Gorgeous! Love the little paper edge along the tip and the contrast between the dark wood BG and your bright patterned paper. Nice work!

Oh, Jode I LOVE this! Another super layout and how amazing you can create TWO wonderful ones about libraries and them be different yet equally wonderful. I enjoyed your interesting notes and journaling and how cool - those light shows are amazing! I love the dark wooden background you used and the beautiful way you used the strips of colorful marbled paper. I really like how you put together the different pieces of your background - some which even look like library check-out cards - how clever! Magnificent page! :)

Wonderful photo—love the lighting on the library. Your choice of a dark background really emphasized it, too; and I love the way you picked up the different colors in the building in the multicolored backing paper. Great stacking effect for the photo background pieces and perfect word art.
